  • Exploring how different negotiation scenarios may require different strategies.
  • Learning a range of strategies, such as distributive negotiation, integrative negotiation, and collaborative negotiation.
  • Developing the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Using negotiation strategies to favor your personal and professional success.

PHASE 2: Emotional intelligence:

  • Understanding why emotional intelligence is important in negotiation.
  • Learning how to manage your own emotions
  • Discovering techniques to reading the emotions of others during negotiations.

PHASE 3: Communication skills:

  • Boosting effective communication skills to ace any negotiation setting.
  • Understanding more about analyzing semantics and leaking information through words.
  • Receiving strategies for active listening, asking the pivoting questions, and effectively conveying your message.
