Mariel Gallardo
Mariel is a Certified Coach and a Senior Sales Account Manager with an industrial engineering background. She counts more than 8 years of international experience in sales, mostly in B2B context within the industry and technology industries. In her career she has had different leadership roles where she had the chance to develop cross functional talent in different business realities. As a Coach she is passionate about how human behavior relates to selling and follows a very interesting approach to sales called consultative selling. She aims to debunk some myths that we often consider as truths in our minds when thinking about a salesperson, adding a more human perspective to the discussion.Her vision is to find the balance between customer satisfaction and the organization’s benefit mastering the art of creating win-win situations. When she is not selling she is a Business and Sales Mentor at Fundación Youth Business Spain.
