Multidisciplinarity

Harnessing the expertise of a team with diverse backgrounds spanning as the corporate world, entrepreneurship, elite sports, the military, and the arts. This breadth of experience is complemented by deep sector-specific knowledge in industries like Consulting, Finance, Human Resources, and the public sector.

Why we use it:

The value of multidisciplinary approaches in teaching business and career development lies in enhancing holistic thinking, problem-solving, adaptability, and innovation by integrating concepts and methodologies from various disciplines. A multidisciplinary approach caters to various intelligences, such as bodily-kinesthetic (sports), interpersonal (military teamwork), and spatial (arts), enriching the educational experience. It also prepares students for collaborative environments with diverse teams and promotes career versatility.

Gamification

Incorporating serious play and game-like elements to turn learning into an enjoyable and competitive experience, motivating students through rewards, challenges, and progress tracking to enhance engagement and learning outcomes. This approach fosters active participation by creating immersive and interactive environments where students can experiment, fail safely, and learn from their mistakes.

Why we use it:

By appealing to intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, such as mastery, autonomy, and recognition, gamification encourages deeper involvement in the learning process which fosters learning retention. Additionally, it bridges traditional teaching methods with digital tools, making content more relatable and accessible to modern learners.

Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP)

A methodology based on the overall operational presupposition that all behaviour has a structure that can be modelled, learned, taught, and changed (reprogrammed). NLP offers a set of strategies aiming to model excellence, which explores the connection between neurological processes, language, and behavioral patterns. In the context of higher education, NLP is used to enhance personal development, improve communication, and foster more effective learning and leadership.

Why we use it:

Neuro-linguistic Programming is particularly effective in teaching career development, entrepreneurship, and leadership due to its focus on mental conditioning, goal setting, effective communication and interpersonal skills. NLP helps students unlock their potential and approach challenges with confidence and creativity.
