RESULT goes beyond a vague promise into a real transformation, sometimes measurable (raise funding, launch in sixty days) and sometimes emotional (gain clarity, feel ready to lead). For SKILL, the answer isn't your job title; it's the mechanism that produces the result, the distinct way you deliver value that others don't.
