People can't engage with you if they don't know you exist.

Visibility is the awareness layer. Without it, the rest doesn't matter.

Three LinkedIn metrics together reveal whether your brand is on anyone's radar. Profile views show how many people were curious enough to click through, the signal that usually precedes a connection, message, or opportunity. Post impressions show how widely your content is spreading across the platform, distribution that may or may not match your target audience. Follower growth shows whether people are choosing to stay connected with your voice over time, with quality of follower mattering more than total count.
